Getting Started
Getting Started
For all clients that are new to Pilates your journey starts with two Orientation sessions. During these sessions we cover a body assessment and movement analysis, discuss any injuries you may have and how Pilates can help you rehabilitate them, cover the principles of Pilates including breathing and basic Pilates exercises and familiarise you with your instructor’s cueing and teaching techniques.
Get in Touch
Whether you’re ready to book an orientation session, or simply wish to find out more about joining – please simply complete the form below and we will get the ball rolling ASAP.
First Time doing Pilates?
Orientation sessions for first timers are done in the form of one-on-one private sessions and are compulsory for all clients new to the studio and Pilates.
Sessions are one hour in length.
Once you have completed the orientation you will either join a class that suits your level or you have the option to remain in Private Sessions. These options can be discussed with your Instructor.
Already practicing Pilates?
For clients who already have Pilates experience you only need to book one Private session to allow us to assess your level and to see how your body moves before being able to join a class.- Ryan O’Mahoney
