Our Studio

Our studio is the very heart of the Pilates in Motion practice.

Located in a calm and peaceful part of town and decorated in a way that is both intimate and serene – you can be sure that you will be able to focus mentally as well as physically in order to achieve your chosen goals.

We offer a variety of different class options to suit our clients’ different lifestyles and schedules.

Please view our ‘Getting Started’ page for your options on how to join the studio. Once you have done an initial assessment we will work out a personalised plan to best suit your individual needs and goals.

We do a mixture of private and group sessions, all of which include, but are not entirely limited to:
