Having initially started out as a passionate dancer, dance teacher, Artistic Director and ultimately an international award winning choreographer – Janice in 2003 discovered a passion for Pilates and the many benefits it possesses. Now with 14 years experience in the field, you can be assured that you are in very capable hands when visiting the Pilates in Motion studio.
